Policy: Orders are sent out within 24-48 hours. If the item is not available or can not be shipped immediately, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your order detailing why. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS ground. This generally means you will receive the package between 3-5 days from the date of shipment. Please call us if you need to have an item overnighted or shipped 2nd day. We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $8 (unless you need expedited shipping). Return Policy: We want you to be happy with what you purchased, so if the size is incorrect or you aren’t satisfied, you may exchange the purchase. An exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, we will either exchange for like items or issue you a credit toward future Bunky Boutique purchases, whichever you prefer. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
