Our exclusive AZ Love Mason Jars are perfect for sipping green smoothies from! Below Bunky Boutique owner, Rachel Malloy, shares two of her favorite, hydrating smoothie recipes. Get ready to glow!

1. Bunky Blend Antioxidant Smoothie
Blend:
3 kale leaves
6 dandelion stalks (great for the liver)
1 medium banana
Add the amount of water you want for your desired consistency.

Then add and blend:
1 tsp raw local honey (great for allergies)
1 tbsp glutamine
1/2 avocado (healthy fats and adds creaminess)
1 scoop protoclear detox powder
1 scoop Vega vanilla chai protein (if vegan) OR 1 scoop EXOS vanilla whey protein

Pour and enjoy!

2. Bunky Berry Fulfilling Smoothie
Blend:
3 collard green leaves or swiss chard
2 cups spinach
1/2 pear
handful of baby carrots
1 cup strawberries or blueberries
Add the amount of water you want for your desired consistency.

Then add and blend:
1 tbsp flaxseed (healthy fat)
2 tbsp chia seeds (adds creaminess)
1 tbsp cocunut oil (healthy fat and great for digestion)
1 scoop Vega vanilla chai protein (if vegan) or 1 scoop EXOS vanilla whey protein

Pour and enjoy!
